Construction Problems
- Limited access to construction area, 1.2 metre width along side of house.
- High water table , founding depth of 4.5 meter
Solution
- Use 1 tonne excavator with 1metre width for installation.
- Redesign with screw piles in replacement of pads and stumps to underside of bearer .
